Cute layout in terminal 1 of the Fort Lauderdale airport. Good menu with a nice variety of food and drinks. Service is good with quick service. The staff is friendly and places your order quickly and attentive to your schedule. In the middle of the terminal, just passed the security check point. Reasonably priced considering one is at the airport.

Unfortunately this appears to be the only food facility in the Southwest terminal. The service is slow and the noise level horrible. Food mediocre. We flew in from overseas and were waiting for our connecting flight, and this is about the worst airport experience I've ever had

Food took forever. Girl working the register was extremely rude. Food was good tho.

The music was overwhelmingly loud. As a business traveler, i was unable to have a conversation with a client in the Airport location. And when i asked if the music could the lowered, I was told no. Okay, then please provide noise canceling headphones.

Was told that the kitchen was backed up by one of the hosts, said 20-30 min wait. In the meantime, while waiting, 2 other people walked up and were seated right away....there was like 15 tables opened. Then when we got to our seat, there was a bloody napkin...told the waiter, he didn’t care....stopped him again and said that’s a sanititary issue. He then picked it up and chucked it in the bar area...very disgusting and unprofessional.
